National PTA Free E-Learning Courses
PTA members now have access to two new FREE e-learning courses:
"The Power of Listening" and "The Platinum Rule."
"The Power of Listening" turns passive listeners into active listeners by coaching them through a six-step model geared toward building better two-way communication.
"The Platinum Rule" is a course built around the PTA Styles Assessment, launched in May 2003. This course examines various leadership styles and offers strategies on how to use the PTA Styles Assessment to interact and communicate more effectively in your personal and professional life.
Both courses were developed by Dr. Tony Alessandra and are being offered through the National PTA website at http://www.pta.org/members/training. Don't miss out on these opportunities to improve your leadership skills.
